I wish that I could claim this as one of my journals and, especially, as one of my trips. However, this is the account of a trip that our California family (Christopher, Cyndi and Sammy) took earlier this year. They were in Alaska for the World Ice Art Championships held in Fairbanks. While this would have made a worthy story, what they did “as an adder” was take a drive to the Arctic Circle where they were fortunate to see an amazing display of the Northern Lights. Christopher posted his account of that journey on Facebook and has kindly allowed me to upload it to my website. It is an extremely detailed and well-written account that I know all readers will enjoy.
